Presumably they are in his git tree.. ;-)

I took a look, and it seems to contain patches to support ssh-agent.
I'd love to have support for that in the official libssh2.

Check his commits 6921a442734c09c4814f13f9da588954915b35da and
f6935d2da4957f846daa035c085facf871ae32e4.

There is a some functions about last IO operation but I don't understand
that part.
