Your query is the first one, as far as I know.

I implemented gssapi-with-mic for lsh long time ago, see:

This was before they started to change the protocol, and today it is
probably not compatible with that version.

I don't have spare time available to work on this myself, but if anyone
wants to start working on this and wants some advice, I might find some
time to think about things. If you strongly need the feature, my
company <http://josefsson.org/> provides paid development.

In general, I think it would be a very nice addition to have GSSAPI
support in libssh2.
