Ok, in order to address this particular stupidity, I'm now introducing a
replacement function:

libssh2_channel_receive_window_adjust2(LIBSSH2_CHANNEL *channel,
                                        unsigned long adj,
                                        unsigned char force,
                                        unsigned int *window);
