Summary: Passphrase feature missing when linking with libgcrypt

Initial Comment:
Hi,
There were some discussions on the mailing list regarding libssh2_userauth_publickey_fromfile won't work with passphrase, when the library is linked against libgcrypt (instead of openssl), which is the option most Linux distributions will use.
This is a missing feature and is the only thing prevents me to link libssh2 in my project (http://grdc.sourceforge.net). So I register this tracker artifact and hope this won't get ignored... :) Would really like to see this get implemented in the next release.

Thanks for all your effort and great work!
