Summary: Tunneling and X11 forwarding broken in windows

Initial Comment:
SSH Tunneling doesn't work at all under windows. The first problem that you run into is the multiple channel creation bug. Creating a 2nd channel for tunneling fails the first time, and you have to retry channel creation. Once you get a live 2nd channel and have a local socket setup, I can get an app like remote desktop to connect to the local socket and its sends data on the socket which I then forward over the SSH Tunnel, however I do not always get data back over the tunnel.

It seems that if I let my app run full speed, I never get any data response from the tunnel. However, If I slow things down by stepping through the code in a debugger, I often get responses from the remote end like I should but soon after the tunnel messes up.

Seems like multiple channels in windows just causes problems and the library misses data that it should be getting.

Paul
