 After downloading the latest (10 June 2010) tarball.

 I believe that the LIBSSH2_DEBUG macro, defined in libssh2_priv.h,
 incorrectly uses the function variable ssh_msg_disconnect when it should
 use ssh_msg_debug.

 I have changed by libssh2_priv.h, to provide the following diff
