I just ran into this part now... I think I will need it to be able to
finish the gcrypt work -- gcrypt cannot read PEM files, so we need a
stand-alone parser for that.

I can write such a parser, but if you have code laying around doing
exactly this, and you want to use it here, you could send it to me and
I'll integrate it into libssh2.
