I am using libssh2-1.4.0-20120313.tar
I'll do that certainly but I thought maybe someone else should run it and
confirm that it actually hangs before I continue to do that.
btw, I tried different libraries before I switched to yours, and so far it works
great, except this little issue.Thanks for your effort.

In addition to Peter's request, can you also tell us which version you're using
and if it isn't the latest git version, have you tried that?
